We’re excited you’re joining us for the 40th Annual Episcopal Parish Network Conference in Kansas City, February 25-28, 2025. We’ve planned engaging keynote sessions, pre-conferences, and workshops to make your time meaningful. Below, you’ll find helpful details as you register. Conference Dates:

The conference kicks off with the Episcopal Preaching Foundation lunch on Tuesday, February 25, at 12:00 PM CT. It concludes on Friday, February 28, around 12:00 PM CT.

Pre-conference Sessions:

Pre-conferences begin at 2:00 PM CT on February 25 and are open to all. These gatherings focus on specific roles, allowing for networking and intense learning. Some sessions, like the Rector & Dean Pre-conference, are role-specific, while others are open to anyone interested in similar topics. For example, the Vestry, Warden, and Lay Leader Pre-conference welcomes all lay leaders. The From Leadership to Empowerment Pre-conference is open to anyone who may not align with other role-based sessions. Pre-conference cohorts continue through Tuesday and Wednesday morning with shared meals and networking.

Keynote Conversations:

The five keynote sessions are automatically included in your registration. These conversations are designed for all attendees.

Workshop Tracks:

Choose from six workshop tracks covering leadership, financial resiliency, innovation, strategy, inclusiveness, and property management to craft an agenda that suits your interests.

Women Clergy Gathering (WCG):

The WCG will take place on Wednesday, February 26, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the conference hotel. Open to women, women-identified, and non-binary clergy, this event includes a light lunch. Registration for WCG is free, and participants will receive details about a pre-conference online gathering in January.

Exhibit Hall:

Located next to the mainstage, the Exhibit Hall will host vendors and solution providers. The Opening Reception will be held here, and we encourage you to visit the sponsors who help keep registration costs low.

Meals:

Breakfast is available Wednesday through Friday near the Exhibit Hall. The Episcopal Preaching Foundation will host a lunch on Tuesday, February 25, which requires early registration due to limited space. Wednesday lunch is provided for the Women Clergy Gathering. On Thursday, lunch will be a networking opportunity with a gift card for a local restaurant.

First-time Attendees:

If this is your first time attending, you’ll receive an invitation to a webinar two weeks before the event.

Group Discounts:

Bringing a group of five or more from your church? You’ll each receive a $50 discount for each registrant.

If this is your first time attending EPN’s annual conference you might feel overwhelmed by the amount of programming and the size of the gathering. EPN will host a first -time attendee webinar approximately two weeks before the conference begins. You will receive a notice about the webinar and hope you will join to hear more and ask questions.
