Group Pricing
Groups of 5 or more registering under the same registration type (e.g., 5 Annual Conference registrations) receive a $50 discount per person.
The discount is automatically applied at checkout when the group is registered together.
Step-by-Step Guide for Group Discount:
- Group leader/point of contact begins registration through our REGISTRATION SITE.
- Group leader proceeds through registration under their preferred attendee type
- On the registration summary page, right before completing individual registration, group leader clicks “Add group member” button
- Group Leader proceeds to register each additional member of group
- Each additional group member receives a registration confirmation as they would if they were individually registering
- Group leader pays for all group member registrations combined, with discount applied ($50 per group member 5 or more people) to the total.
- Each group member continues to receive emails/information as if they registered individually (we can see who is grouped on our end in case we need to audit/keep track)

Sheraton & Le Meridien Charlotte
The 2026 EPN Annual Conference will be held at the Sheraton & Le Meridien Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. A special discounted rate has been held for attendees of the conference. Please secure your hotel reservation via the link that will be emailed to you upon registration confirmation. Any hotel submissions made after February 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET are subject to hotel availability.

Cancellation Policy
Payment
Payment of registration and any event fees must be made by credit card at the completion of registration.
Event Cancellation or Postponement by Episcopal Parish Network
The Episcopal Parish Network (EPN) reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable in EPN’s sole discretion. If EPN cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, EPN has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. EPN will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.

Attendees can cancel their registration themselves online with their registration confirmation number. Cancellations received after February 5, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund. No shows for an event will not receive a refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than (30) days after cancellation has been approved.
Sponsorship Fees
Sponsorship fees for any event that is cancelled or postponed by Episcopal Parish Network are not refundable.
