Bishop of Lesotho Joins Extraordinary Line-Up of Keynote Conversations
The Episcopal Parish Network (EPN) is excited to announce the Rt. Rev. Dr. Vicentia Refiloe Kgabe, Bishop of Lesotho, will join us in Jacksonville for the 38th Annual Conference on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Bishop Kgabe was born and raised in Soweto, South Africa, and served for seven years as the Rector and Principal of the Transfiguration Theological College. Based in Grahamstown/Makhanda, the college is the only residential seminary and training center in the Anglican Church of South Africa. In the Diocese of Johannesburg, Bishop Kgabe served as a parish priest in eight parishes, served as an Archdeacon, and directed the ordination process. She is passionate about issues of leadership, social justice, and active citizenry.
