And how do you prioritize that in your work? 00:44:42 Natalee Hill: Did you start with video, or did you transition from audio only to video recently for the sake of YouTube? 00:45:10 Lauren Grubaugh Thomas: What promotion do you do for the show? Have socials been effective, if so which ones? 00:48:56 Lauren Grubaugh Thomas: @Caitlyn – Squadcast pairs well with Descript for the recording session (this may in fact be the default pairing, so you may already know this!), which I have found produces really quality audio and video. I previously used Zoom, which was a problem when any participants had a glitchy wifi. Squadcast records to each participant’s cloud and then synchs them up. 00:49:10 Whitney Altopp: Who owns your podcast? One of you? Did you need to do anything in regard to your personal ownership? 00:52:51 Caitlyn Keith: @lauren Grubaugh Thomas -- oh cool! I saw recently that Descript maybe created their own in-house virtual recording too? We do most of ours in person without video, and our rodecaster console lets us record via Bluetooth from phonecalls, so that's what we've ended up doing for distance guests 01:04:17 Whitney Altopp: Since you’re wanting to be available for seekers, how do you put yourself in their areas? You kinda answered this, but I wondered if there was something more. 01:05:25 Whitney Altopp: Are there hashtags or whatever? 01:12:43 Natalee Hill: I'd love to hear you talk more about your search engine optimization tactics. 01:13:18 Whitney Altopp: I’m so sorry but I have another meeting at this time. THANK YOU so much for sharing your experience, insight, and fun. 🙂 01:15:44 Natalee Hill: Thank you all!
